En Catamarán Wharram Tiki, queremos que vivas una experiencia única y sin preocupaciones. Por eso, te presentamos nuestras condiciones de cancelación y reserva para que estés informado y disfrutes al máximo de tu travesía:
1. Zarpe: El impuesto de zarpe es obligatorio y exigido por las autoridades marítimas. No te preocupes, nuestro equipo se encargará de gestionarlo para que puedas disfrutar sin contratiempos.
2. Puntualidad: Para ofrecerte el mejor servicio, te pedimos ser puntual. Comparte con tus invitados la importancia de la puntualidad. Si hay un retraso por órdenes de la gerencia, se descontará el tiempo del alquiler y los recorridos podrían variar.
3. Lista de Pasajeros: Antes del evento, diligencia la lista de pasajeros que asistirán. Esto es necesario para las autoridades marítimas y el seguro de experiencias.
4. Políticas de Pago: Al recibir la cotización, generaremos una pre-reserva en nuestro calendario sin compromiso. Tendrás 4 días hábiles para confirmarla con un pago del 50%. Pasado este plazo, liberaremos la fecha. Recuerda que el 100% del costo total debe estar pagado antes del evento.
5. Cancelación Unilateral: Si necesitas cancelar, avísanos con al menos 4 días de anticipación para evitar penalidades. Los detalles son los siguientes:
- Cancelación antes de los 90 días de la salida reservada: Devolución total de anticipos, excepto gastos bancarios si los hubiere.
- Cancelación dentro de los 60 días anteriores a la salida reservada: Gastos del 60% del primer pago correspondiente al alquiler del catamarán.
6. Cláusula Fuerza Mayor o Caso Fortuito: Si las autoridades competentes suspenden el evento con más de 30 días de anticipación, se podrá terminar el contrato y se devolverá el dinero descontando gastos financieros. Si el periodo de suspensión culmina con menos de 30 días de anticipación, podrás postergar el evento.

Terms and Recommendations
Departure Tax: The departure tax is a mandatory payment per passenger required by the Tourism Office or Nautical Club, respectively.
Punctuality: At CARTAGENA TE AMO SAS, we strive to provide excellent service, which is why we kindly request you, as the direct contact, to inform your guests to be punctual. If departure occurs after the initial event schedule by management’s orders, this time will be deducted from the rental and the itinerary may vary. In compliance with administrative and internal regulations, the vessels must return to the dock at the predetermined time agreed upon in the service contract, based on the captain’s expertise, experience, and common sense.
Passenger List: Before the event, you must provide the passenger list attending the trip, which will be sent to the Maritime Authorities of the city and the insurance for experiences.
Payment Policies: Upon receiving this quote, we will generate a pre-reservation on our calendar without any commitment. From that moment, you will have five (5) business days to confirm it by making a 50% payment. If no confirmation is received after these five days, the date will be released. Before the event, the total cost of the service must be paid in full.
UNILATERAL CANCELLATION If the cancellation of the departure is made unilaterally by the CONTRACTING PARTY, the cancellation fees will depend on the notice given: a) In the event of a cancellation communicated more than 90 days before the reserved departure, the advances will be fully refunded, except for any bank charges if applicable. b) In the event of a cancellation communicated within the 60 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 60% of the first payment corresponding only to the catamaran rental.
A full refund of the value of the extras (DJ, food and beverages, departure taxes) will be made.
d) In the event of a cancellation communicated within the 30 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the first payment (50% of the total value of the vessel) and 100% of the payment for the extras (DJ, food and beverages, etc.). A total refund of the departure taxes will be made if these have already been paid to THE CONTRACTOR.
e) In the event of a cancellation communicated within the 15 days prior to the reserved departure, the cancellation fees will be 100% of the total amount of the reserved departure with all its services. Only the value of the departure taxes and damage deposit, if previously paid by THE CONTRACTOR, will be refunded.
FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE
If, on the date scheduled for the event, the competent authorities order the suspension of events, mandatory isolation, suspension of national or international flights affecting the event, closure of national or departmental borders, or adopt any other measure that prevents the event from taking place, the following procedure will be followed:
1.- If the measure is adopted by the competent authority with more than thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the event date, either party may terminate the contract, and LA CONTRATISTA will refund to LA CONTRACTANTE the total amount of the money received as an advance until that date, deducting only the expenses or financial costs incurred with the return of the money received.
The interested party must notify the other in writing of its decision to terminate the contract no later than five (5) calendar days following the date on which the measure is published.
If neither party expresses its intention to terminate the contract within the mentioned period, for all purposes, it will be understood that the event is suspended to be held later, and LA CONTRACTISTA will retain the total amount of the money received to be used for payment of the event once it takes place.
2.- If the measure adopted does not include the date on which the event will take place, but the duration of the measure ends with less than thirty (30) days in advance of the event date, LA CONTRACTANTE may decide to postpone the event, considering the availability of the vessel.
LA CONTRACTISTA will retain the total amount of the money received, which will be applied to the payment of the event once it takes place, maintaining the rental prices and food and beverage costs of the quotation for all additions or modifications agreed upon. This price will not apply for special dates marked in our rate schedule.
Credits expire on December 31 of the month in question.
Payment by credit and debit card, and/or payment link will have a surcharge of 5.26% per transaction.
